RENTAL AGREEMENT

A refundable security deposit/ commitment fee is payable at the time of booking, in order to secure the date requested.

RATES

Schoolhouse

$350 per day for 10:00 AM to 1:00 AM (13 hrs) set up and function time.

Set up and take down/cleaning by the renter are to occur within the rental period. A fee will be charged for additional time.

Late night events – the renter has until 10:00 AM the following day to complete take down and cleaning.

For an additional $80 fee we can perform all take down and cleaning.

Church

Weddings $275 for a four hour period.
For other types of events the rental is negotiated.
