RENTAL AGREEMENT

A refundable security deposit/ commitment fee is payable at the time of booking, in order to secure the date requested.

RATES

Schoolhouse

$400 per day for 10:00 AM to 1:00 AM (13 hrs) set up and function time. Prices are for 2012. 

Set up and take down/cleaning by the renter are to occur within the rental period. A fee will be charged for additional time.

A minimum $30 cleaning fee applies to all rentals, however, for your convenience,  Klassic Facilities Management offers complete take down and cleaning for an additional cost.  The fee for this service depends on the extent of cleaning required but ranges from $80 to $130.  Please contact Klassic directly for more details.

  Church

Weddings $300 for a four hour period.
For other types of events the rental is negotiated.
