Clayburn Village Community SocietyThe Clayburn Village Community Society is the successor to the Clayburn Athletic Society which was originally established in 1917 to promote community spirit with recreational, cultural and athletic endeavors. These objectives have expanded to include promoting the educational value of local history and encouraging the preservation of heritage sites. Community effort resulted in a group of residents banding together to purchase the old school in order to preserve its heritage value. Clayburn Village Community Society membership can be given to someone outside the village if approved at a Clayburn Village Community Society general meeting. Community event dates and society meeting times vary. There is no wheelchair accessibility. For further information, contact the Clayburn Village Community Society:
