RENTAL AGREEMENT

Please contact "Clayburn Rentals" at
604-850-4362 for a copy of the
booking contract.

A refundable security deposit/ commitment fee is payable at the time of booking, in order to secure the date requested.
 

RATES   

Schoolhouse

  $350 per day for 12:00 PM to 1:00 AM (13 hrs) set up
and function time.
Daytime only, or hourly, between the hours of 7:00 AM and 9:PM is $40 /hr with 2 hour minimum.

Set up and take down/cleaning by the renter are to occur within the rental period. A fee will be charged for additional time.

 Late night events – the renter has until 10:00 AM the following day to complete take down and cleaning.

For an additional $80 fee
we can perform all take down and cleaning.

 

Church

  Weddings $250 for a four hour period.
For other types of events the rental is negotiated.
